Another trip through Africa - nothing out of the extraordinary you might say.

But if this trip is undertaken by a group of fearless women and if it is done to promote tourism to the most alluring continent, it all of a sudden becomes something extraordinary!

And to top it all up, the journey will not only cross Africa but go up to the most northern point of Europe, the North Cape in Norway.

Africa, the second largest continent on earth, contains more countries than any other. It is where humanity got its start, where pharaohs ruled and civilization first flourished.

From the Rainbow Nation of South Africa, to the Nomadic Bedouin tribes of Egypt, the people of this continent will offer much diversity and make you feel welcome!

Take that safari you have dreamed about since childhood! Journey into the incredible Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks, filled with every animal you may wish to see and travel to Morocco which has cities that entrance the soul, revive your spirit and zest for life.

For centuries, Africa has mesmerized the world with its stunning scenery, its ancient civilizations and its hypnotizing music. This is your chance to be part of this momentous event and to experience the world's most fascinating continent!

The roots of the White Seringa tree can easily be tapped for water and the powdered root is used as a remedy for toothache.

White Seringa Tree
Vulturine Guinea Fowl
One of the most common and widely spread monkeys in Africa, the black-faced Vervet is diurnal, sleeping and eating in trees from which they seldom venture.

The White Seringa has a tall, straight, single trunk and a feathery-looking spreading canopy. The leaves are sticky when young, colouring splendidly in autumn.

A native of sub-Saharan Africa, the Vulturine Guinea Fowl is the most striking of the guinea fowl. They are ground dwellers and can survive without water.

Great Sphinx

Kenya Teas are famous for their brisk flavor and fragrant leaves. Previously used in blending, Africa teas are now emerging in their own right in the speciality market.

Thought to have originated in Ethiopia, Okra is grown for its edible green seed pod. It is used to thicken stews and the seeds are often used as a substitute for coffee. Legends have been told for many years about the Great Sphinx. Carved from a mound of natural rock, it guards the front of Khafra's pyramid in Giza.
