The competition is open to everyone who is in possession of a valid passport and is able to travel on the exact dates as stipulated for each prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.

To qualify you need to make an online donation to the Africa Adventure Cape to Cape Foundation of a minimum of R 100 supporting the educational objectives of the foundation.

Prize 1 to 5 is subject to donations totalling R 5 000 000 being raised by the corresponding closing date.

Entrants must provide all contact details when making a donation in order for the organisers to contact the winners and to prevent disqualification.

If required to do so, because of legislative or regulatory reasons, the promotional competition may be terminated immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights they have as a result of the termination and acknowledge they will have no recourse against the promoters, their agents, contractors and/or sponsors as a result.

The competition shall be governed in all respects by the laws of South Africa. all parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Magistrates court Knysna and the High Court of South Africa.

The participation in the competition shall constitute the full acceptance of the terms and conditions of the competition.
