The N3, stretches from the densely populated province of Gauteng to the north eastern coast of South Africa and Kwa Zulu Natal. The Mighty Drakensberg massif and Natal midlands offer spectacular scenery along this route.
Located on the slopes of the Drakensberg, the Royal Natal National Park is one of South Africa's finest attractions, with it's Amphitheatre and one of the worlds highest waterfalls. The Midlands Meander offers delightful shopping experiences, between Howick and Nottingham Roads and the Valley of 1000 Hills, just east of the N3 has been sculpted over aeons by mighty rivers powering down from the Drakensberg.
