Welcome to our Sea Breeze Guesthouse, which opened its doors in 1999 and is owner-run.
Situated in Vineta, Swakopmund's northern suburb, we are only a 10-minutes drive from the historical atmosphere of the picturesque city centre and a few minutes by foot from the Atlantic Ocean. The endless beaches bordering the Namib Desert are at your doorstep.

If you are tired of driving take a leisurely walk along the sea promenade and the beach into the centre of town within 40 minutes.
For a comfortable stay we offer accommodation in triple-, double and single rooms with garden view. Each room has an en suite bathroom, digital safe, hairdryer and heater.
Alternatively, stay in one of our self-catering units sleeping a maximum of five people and offering a lounge, kitchenette, bathroom and sea views.

We also offer secure parking and a laundry service.
Our lounge and cosy breakfast room is upstairs with satellite television and Internet facilities. Enjoy a lovely view of the ocean while having our famous continental and full English breakfast, which is served daily between 07h00 and 09h00 a.m.
Whether it is quad biking in the dunes or playing golf, skydiving or a boat trip on the Atlantic Ocean, we gladly offer advise on the numerous activities in Swakopmund and surroundings and assist with bookings.
