Helium Balloon Rides - Shearwater Adventures, Zimbabwe We offer one of the most novel and pleasant activities in Victoria Falls.

Silence is your only companion as you ascend 120 metres and gaze in awe at the spectacle beneath you.
Experience this as you float in the basket of Africa's first static, helium balloon.

What better view of the Victoria Falls can you get, than from the unhindered platform of the balloon.

You are tethered by cable to the ground, the cable is released upwards and you can view the Victoria Falls in silence and peace.

The cable is then retrieved by winch and you slowly descend.

Diffrent Balloon rides Our options:
  • Standard Ride - spectacular 15 minute float available throughout the day.
  • Sunrise Ride - The most beautiful time of the day. Watch the African sun rise through the spray of the falls on this 40 minute experience of a lifetime.
  • Stargazer Ride - Float over the falls on clear starlit nights where you can watch the constellations and feel the magnificence of the falls on this 30 minute ride.
  • Sunset Ride
A balloon ride is a great activity for all ages.  We can accommodate groups of up to 30 people and also offer wheelchair access to the basket.

A must for part of your tour of the Vic Falls! Arrive at the site and fly or pre-book.
