Welcome to Stellenbosch Golf Club, one of the most challenging championship layouts in South Africa.
The club is situated in undulating land that overlooks the historical university town with the Stellenbosch and Helderberg mountain ranges as a perfect backdrop. |
Nestled in the heart of South Africa's most famous wine farms, Stellenbosch Golf Club has lots to offer. Enjoy 18 holes of golf in this beautiful Parklands layout that hosted many professional golf tournaments in the past.
The flagship event on the professional circuit, the South African Open, was played here in 1999. |

The club has already celebrated its centenary in June 2004, making it the fourth oldest golfclub in South Africa. All 18 greens and surrounds were reconstructed in 2004. The holes are tightly defined with tall tree lines complimenting the bent grass greens.
During the World Amateur Team Championship, Stellenbosch Golf Club was rated the most memorable stop by the players. |
The clubhouse overlooks the 18th green and was recently voted top ten in the category "most impressive views from the clubhouse" by Complete Golfer. We offer a fully equipped Pro-Shop, driving range and catering facilities.
