Thorndale Guest Lodge is situated in the heart of a nature reserve in the Magalies Meander, just 90 kilometres northwest of Johannesburg.
Break away from the hustle and bustle of city life and experience nature, the clean air and spectacular sunsets.

Accommodation at our lodge consists of en suite rooms equipped with telephones and televisions. A luxury honeymoon suite complete with jacuzzi and four poster bed, will make guests feel special and pampered.
Each room looks out over a large sparkling swimming pool that is also the ideal place for a sundowner.
On arrangement, lunch and dinner can be provided by our restaurant. |

The function venues are versatile and can cater for any function. A separate conference hall can accommodate 30 people.
Our beauty salon team knows exactly how to take care of brides and bridesmaids, while an intimate chapel on the premises is complimented by a beautiful garden for picture perfect photos.
Thorndale Guest Lodge also has a gym, a bar and "The Grotto" with a jacuzzi.

We have a large selection of animals that can be seen on bushwalks and game drives. A farm yard with a wide range of animals also never fails to fascinate the children.
Thorndale Guest Lodge is in close proximity to several major tourist attractions like the Cradle of Humankind, Hartbeespoort Dam and the Wonder Caves. The Magalies Meander is well known for its arts and craft routes and magnificent scenery.
