Willi Probst Bäckerei & Restaurant is not only a good place for delectable food, it is a landmark in Walvis Bay and a truly historical building.
Established by Willi Probst in 1957, the bakery has remained in the family.

We have added more space and modernised operations. However, our establishment still has the down home feel that has been bringing people to sample our delicacies for so many decades.
The bakery is home to the original "belegte Broetchen" (open bread rolls), a staple food in Namibia. Under the creation of Lilo Probst, no one in Namibia offers more variety than us with ninety different toppings. |
